Trustd is the industry standard digital identity verification tool for the freight and transport industry.
Businesses secure their supply networks by inviting drivers and subcontractors to Trustd via an individual sign-up link which allows them to create a profile, upload their documents and have their credentials checked within minutes. Trustd automates checks on driving licenses, company documents and directors’ details as well as vehicle and MOT information to ensure all data is accurate and validated. Once users are approved, Trustd proactively monitors compliance docs, and automates reminders to drivers and subcontractors about expiry dates so that you can be sure that everyone remains compliant for the duration of their contract.

Once you’re invited to a Trustd network you simply follow the guided onboarding process which can be completed in under 10 minutes and await your Trustd verification.
Drivers are invited to join Trustd networks completely free and will have the option to opt in to upgrade their Trustd status with enhanced compliance checks.
Businesses can secure their transport networks by verifying and proactively monitoring their supplier’s compliance status for a small monthly fee. Fees are dependent on the size of the network and levels of compliance and monitoring required.
Businesses who have been invited to Trustd via other businesses like Transport Exchange Group will have their fee covered by their inviting business.

Data Security

At Trustd, we give you control over who can view your profile. Any other users within your organisation wishing to view your profile must submit a Profile Sharing request which you can approve or reject. Please note, that Compliance Officers are also able to view your profile for review and approval purposes. As part of Trustd’s terms of use, your data will be shared with the organisation to which you are onboarding. In addition, certain information is also shared with third party providers who help us with verification checks throughout the process. These include the DVLA for driver license details, FullCircl for company information, GBG for facial liveliness and likeness checks, the Government check-mot-history service.
