When a driver accepts the booking, they complete a biometric check before leaving for collection. Trustd generates a pre-check card with their verified photo, vehicle details, and collection authorisation. That card goes to you and your client in advance. Your client’s site team knows who to expect and what vehicle to look for. Your driver is verified before they arrive for collection.
At the collection point
The driver scans in on arrival. Trustd matches them against the booking and returns a confirmed or flagged result within seconds. The site team follows the outcome. The driver taps in with NFC and completes a biometric check.
After collection
Trustd records the outcome of every collection, including the identity check result, timestamp, and booking reference. If a claim is disputed, or a client, insurer, or auditor asks who collected, Trustd has the record.
