Yes. Owner-drivers use the same Trustd ID to work for any business on operating Trustd fleets.
A mobile phone, and a passport or driving licence as proof of identity. You may also need proof of residential address dated in the last 3 months, a driving licence showing your right to drive, a right to work share code if you do not have a UK or Irish passport, a VAT number or National Insurance number, insurance certificates and vehicle details.
No. Each business on Trustd sets its own requirements, so you can meet one business’s standard and not another’s, but the ID you share is the same.
Trustd notifies you before it expires.
You choose which businesses receive your Trustd ID, and you can withdraw it. Trustd processes personal data in compliance with GDPR and UK data protection law, and uses it only for identity and compliance verification. Full details are in our privacy documentation.
